Tips on how you can lose that tight fat
1-cut your calories to 1,800 to 2,100 calories a day to lose weight. This is the calorie intake the American heart association advise for men's weight loss. To cut calories and keep your appetite in check,avoid food and drinks with empty calories such as chips,cookies,candy,and processed foods such as anything made with white flour,including pizza.Avoid fried food.

 
 
2-Limit alcohol to two drinks or less per day for men.drinking less is better for your overall health,cuts empty calories and may help you lose weight overall to achieve your goal of losing thigh fat.
3- Establish an exercise program that includes both resistance training and cardiovascular exercise.You may need to exercise more than 30 minutes each day.
4- Time your exercise sessions and keep in continuous motion for over 30 minutes for each session.
The longer you  exercise,the more fat you'll burn.eg walk,jog or use exercise equipment at home regularly.
