breaking-59 Escape Death As Plane Runs Off Illorin Airport

We thank God, no lives were lost even though the Overland Airways ATR 72 turboprop engine came down hardly and went off the runway.

The aircraft was coming from Abuja to illorin when the incident occured around 5:45 pm yesterday.
All of the 59 passengers came out safe and without injuries according to Aviation authorities.
The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority has already  launched an investigation into the cause of the incident.
