APC Campaigning Billboards Appear in ghana
According to report,APC campaign billboards which appeared on the streets, displayed
the party’s presidential candidate, General Muhammadu Buhari (rtd).
They are visible in certain main points in Accra. The billboards
do not only advise Nigerians to go home and give vote for the opposition
party, but also appear to present to the outside world the present
situation in Nigeria. Security, corruption, unemployment and a slow rate
of development top the list.
The February 14 poll is considered by many as a two-horse race between incumbent President Goodluck Jonathan and the APC’s Buhari, even though there are over 9 other aspirants. It is expected to be the closest since the country returned to democratic rule in 1999.
The campaign team of the APC found a new constituency in Ghana, which houses a big figure of Nigerian nationals. There were previous reports of a large number of Nigerians moving to Ghana to stay till the elections are over.
