Prof. Pat Utomi’s Centre for Values in Leadership (CVL) through its Leadership Development Centre, is delighted to invite emerging managers to attend a capacity development programme on “Leading in Execution for Operational Excellence.”
                                                                                     
This programme is focused on providing the principles, tools and skill necessary to execute flawlessly again and again. Participants will create their own goals and measures relevant to their organization’s priorities and develop skills to identify and execute critical work goals. They will also create personal motivating scoreboards and apply personal accountability to produce results.

TARGET AUDIENCE: Line Managers, Team Leaders, NGO Managers, Supervisors, Marketers, Business Owners, Aspiring Leaders and Entrepreneurs and those who want to translate their ideas into action to achieve organizational goals.


Training Cost:  N100,000. (Early bird fee N90,000. For those who pay before the 13^th Jan. 2015). The training cost is non-refundable and covers: training materials, tea and lunch, certificate, and training fee.
